Quick fixes
The tuner isn't picking up any sound.
Rimshot needs microphone access for the tuner. Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone and turn on Rimshot. Then play one sustained note close to your iPhone.
The metronome stops when I lock my phone.
Turn on Background Playback in Rimshot's Settings. Rimshot will then keep time while you switch apps or lock the screen.
I can't hear the click.
Turn the volume up with the side buttons while Rimshot is playing. If Bluetooth headphones or a speaker are connected, the click will play there instead.
Every note reads slightly sharp or flat.
Check the reference pitch in Settings. It's A4 = 440 Hz by default. If your ensemble tunes to something else, like 442 Hz, set it to match.
